Justin Bieber got police knocking on his front door just at his home coming party in his home,,, the cops came twice. the first time was around 11:00pm but didn't knock cause there was no noise coming from the apartment. when they came back around 12:40am there was noise and quite number of people were milling around his balcony and the cops knocked on his door and talked straight to him reminding him that neighbors can a citizen arrest if the noise continues. Justin agrees and ended the party.
