Officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps(FRSC) smash a car side mirror, strangle driver with seat belt at Abuja.
As reported by a face book user, Benjamin Mogazi narrated his experience in the hands of FRSC officers.
He said the officers asked them to pack which they did, Benjamin asked for their offense but the officers did not respond, then a female officer entered the vehicle, tried to strangle the driver because they were moving slowly.
That was when Benjamin started recording, as he was recording, another officer broke the side mirror of the car.
