Kaduna State Governor, El-Rufai and his children were spotted on a train ride back to his state, this morning.
The executive governor of Kaduna state; Mallam Nasir El-Rufai and his young children were spotted on a train ride to Kaduna this morning.

The Governor was accompanied by his aides and some government officials.
