One Russian Law maker Olga Galkina has come up with a novel proposal, that any man caught paying for sex should either serve in prison for 15 days or Pay the sum of 100,000 rubles ($2,300, 1,800 euros). But can avoid jail time by marrying the prostitute... LOL
