Beyonce Fan Gets Tattoo of Her Twin’s Names in His Hand

Talk about taking things to the extreme, a fan of Beyonce Knowles has just gotten a Tattoo of her new babies Sir and Rumi Carter.

The twins who are barely a couple of months old appear to already be stacking up their fan base, as a die-hard fan of their parents got their names inked on his hands.
