21 year old Kenyan man, Forence Owiti Opiyo, who had the biggest manhood in the world will soon be able to enjoy having sex after undergoing a surgery to reduce the size of his manhood.
According to Ghafla, the 21-year-old penis had swollen ten times the average size of a manhood.
He could hardly get any fitting garment because of his extreme size, also, he had difficulty in walking comfortably.
In September 2016, his photo was shared on Facebook by a concerned neighbour and Olivia Ranguma, the wife of Kisumu Governor Jack Rangunma, responded to the plea for help.
Forence then underwent surgery at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in the lakeside city, where the swelling was reduced and the manhood was reconstructed into a more usual shape and size.
Now, Forence is recuperating at home in Kibigori, Kisumu county after the successful manhood reduction surgery.
One of the doctors, James Obondi said that Forence could begin to perform normal sexual function in three months.
