The President of Namibia, has received Bianca Ojukwu’s sister, Ambassador Lilian Onoh, on 10th August 2017, as Nigeria’s ambassador and High Commissioner to the Republic of Namibia.
She had been Nigeria’s Acting High Commissioner to Jamaica.
The ceremony took place at the State House at the Nations Capital,Windhoek. Prior to this engagement.
Ambassador Lilian Onoh is the sister of Bianca Ojukwu, Nigeria’s former ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain.
